Boat Launch Park Improvements
2 Major improvements have taken place over the past year down at the boat launch park:
  • The storm drain was extended in the area along the river contiguous with Turtle Creek Cove commons, ditch filled and the area graded and sodded. This work to give us a park area on the river was done in cooperation with Turtle Creek Cove and the city of Maumelle.
  • Erosion Control improvement near the Pavilion. A storm drain was installed and the area was filled in in order to stabilize this area.

1. Improve playground and add adult fitness equipment at Marina Tract Park.

2. Fill holes in marina tract rip rap wall ($2,000)

3. Boat Launch Park Benches

4. Purchase surveillance cameras and donate to the city ($15,000)

5. Permanent Marina Tract bridge deck repairs

6. Marina Tract walk path repair/repaving

7. Small Pavilion or dock for fishing in the Marina Tract park.
